Whitlock delivered gold for England in a run of three gold medals in seven minutes Mike Egerton/PAMax Whitlock’s ultimate aim is to write his name in lore by having a move named after him in gymnastics’ code of points. It was good to see one Olympic champion hit expected heights after another, Alistair Brownlee, had struggled in the triathlon. Instead, the wins came thick and fast elsewhere with three gold medals won in seven minutes.
