Last year, before Disney submitted its bid, Fox had talks with Comcast but they didn't lead to anything, as Fox worried a deal would be scuttled by similar antitrust concerns. Comcast and Disney are both chasing Fox as they face increased competition from streaming services such as Netflix. The Fox deal would include Fox TV and film studio content, as well as FX networks and National Geographic Channel.
