Colorado State quarterback Collin Hill announced Saturday he is headed to South Carolina as a graduate transfer. Former Rams coach Mike Bobo recently was hired as South Carolina’s offensive coordinator. In addition, Hill is a native of the state. “After a lot of prayer and discussion with my family, I have decided to come home and play at the University of South Carolina,” Hill wrote in his note posted to Twitter. As a graduate transfer, Hill will be eligible to play in 2020.
