Bashundhara will now take on Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra in the second semifinal on November 20. BJMC were no match against the star-studded Bashundhara from the beginning as Colindres completing his first treble in Bangladesh within quarter of an hour of the game before local super substitutes Tawhidul Alam Sabuz and Matin Mia added one each in the latter half. Md Ibrahim’s superb display was overshadowed by Colindres as the national winger enjoyed his finest performance in the meet, providing three brilliant assists. Spanish coach Oscar Bruzon was full of praise for Ibrahim terming his excellence being on the same level of foreign recruits. But the Spanish coach denied highlighting just one player and rather praised the team efforts along with Ibrahim and Sabuz.
