Co-op in good healthSupplied Tatua chief executive Paul McGilvary is leaving the co-op in a strong position. McGilvary says that despite the downturn in dairy, Tatua remains in a strong position and nothing has really changed for the co-op. "I am leaving my Tatua family but I know I am leaving them and the co-op in a good position." He established a leadership programme and worked hard at building strong relationships with its industry partners. "People, whether they are staff, suppliers or customers, are Tatua's most important asset and building good relationships with these people is crucial in our and any business."
