Clinic wants to lead, improve Taiwan's medical care

Doctors' Doctor Clinic is the brainchild of former National Taiwan University Hospital superintendent and National Taiwan University College of Medicine professor emeritus Lee Yuan-teh, along with a group of experienced middle-aged doctors and retired professors. The clinic provides "expert clinics" overseen by middle-aged doctors and "professor clinics" by retired professors. It is these circumstances that pushed Lee and like-minded doctors to open Doctors' Doctor Clinic. The quality medical equipment in the clinic helped them do so, Lee noted. He also said he hoped the clinic would allow doctors to diagnose and uncover aliments that patients themselves were unaware of when seeking medical help.
