Hari Kumar, a native of Poojappura, who works in an automobile showroom, reported to have lost ₹88,516 through a single transaction. Soon after receiving an SMS alert, Hari Kumar contacted the bank and blocked the card. With the transaction being done without a one-time password (OTP), officials of the bank suspected that it could have been initiated from outside the country. ComplaintsComplaints have been submitted to the District Police Chief (Thiruvananthapuram city) and the Cyber Cell.
