The ordeal for group of 25 doctors from Mumbai and their family members did not end in Shenzhen in China after they were allegedly confined and Rs 10 Lakhs was taken from them in cash before leaving for Macau. The group was again left stranded at Macau due to faulty trip itinerary given by the Mumbai-based tour agent. The 25 members group including the doctors and their family members had paid MMA who had hired Vinayak Zarekar, owner of Opex Tours and Travels to arrange the tour. "We had to collect Rs 10 Lakhs immediately if we had to leave the hotel room. We had to beg from the ferry service provider after he had denied us the services," said Dr. Mehra.
