Five Nairobi county employees who were caught with Sh7 million stashed in their office have moved to court seeking to bar DPP Keriako Tobiko from prosecuting them. The five were arrested on August 29 alongside other people after Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko filed a complaint with the police.
