Wet and windy weather did not deter people from hitting the streets in search of the city’s best and brightest Christmas light displays this week. Errol Head decided this time last year that he wanted to bring something new to the city’s Christmas light scene. He came up with an intricate light display that flashes and changes colour in time with music playing through a speaker out the front. A zoomed lens and slow shutter speed added to the drama of the impressive Christmas display at 79 Rudd Rd, in the Dunedin suburb of Halfway Bush. Up at Rudd Rd, in Halfway Bush, Irene and Lloyd Cron’s Christmas display was shining bright.
