KOTA BARU: Schoolchildren as young as nine years old have been caught experimenting with drugs, says Kelantan police chief Datuk Hasanuddin Hassan. "Some as young as nine years old have started experimenting with drugs. He noted that 145 pupils and students tested positive for drugs last year, making up 14% of the 984 juvenile delinquents caught red-handed last year. Hasanuddin also warned those riding motorcycles without licences and helmets would be slapped with summonses. Excuses that they are only riding motorcycles to school are not acceptable.
