The incident happened at a semi-rural house between 6.30am and 7.30am on June 13. They said police had actively asked locals about seeing a car around their quiet neighbourhood in southeast Auckland at the time of the incident. Counties Manukau east detective sergeant Len Leleni said the incident happened in southeast Auckland. "Counties Manukau police are investigating an indecent assault incident on a child that occurred in the early hours of June 13.
