Gibbons Construction and Naylor Love Construction have been working together since 2017, to build the new $32 million terminal at Nelson Airport. Nelson company Gibbons Construction is in talks to form a partnership with national construction firm Naylor Love. Gibbons Holdings chief executive Scott Gibbons said negotiations were underway to assess the viability of creating a new Gibbons Naylor joint venture. MARTIN DE RUYTER The airport project was a catalyst for Gibbons and Naylor Love to examine a joint venture arrangement. Gibbons Construction forms one arm of Gibbons Holdings, which is also involved in property development and forestry.
