On the night of 21/06/2015 at Metembe location Area, assistant chief Wilson Omwoyo unlawfully caused the death of William Getenge. Justice Joseph Karanja charged the accused with manslaughter contrary to section 205 as read with section 204 of the penal code. To the second witness who is Florence’s daughter she said that her mother had ab affair with the deceased. On that night she had noise from her mother’s house on arrival she found the deceased naked with a heavy flow of blood on his left side of the chest. He added that they parted as the deceased went to Florence’s home and later called and informed him that he is safe and asleep.
