Wally Willmott has completed his final lap with the chequered flag flying for his remarkable life. After a long illness the well-respected Southland mechanic died aged 78 on Friday, and the tributes have since flowed for Willmott. Southland Sports Car Club president Rachael Beck said Willmott was a character within the Southland motorsport community.
