Emergency services remain at the scene tonight after an incident involving chemicals at Dunedin Hospital. Emergency services were alerted at 4.24pm after a report of a chemical spill and blocked off part of Cumberland St (State Highway 1). NZTA advised there are delays for traffic at the intersections of Hanover St and Frederick St this evening. Firefighters spray water on a person believed to have been exposed to a chemical spill. A reporter at the scene said people were still able to access Dunedin Hospital from the Great King St entrance.
