Hobsonville Point, located north-west of Auckland in the former Hobsonville Airforce Base, has grown rapidly through the years, housing young families, retirees and people eager to live a sustainable life. HPRS on its website said the rules were for everyone living in Hobsonville Point, "whether or not you own your home."
