GloucestershireLive understands night workers at Cheltenham General are required to 'buy' a free ticket via the Saba parking app, as well as display a parking permit. Saba's website provides guidance for NHS staff purchasing parking permits for staff car parks, but does not mention buying a 'free' night shift ticket through the app. "I was actually given a ticket once for not displaying a staff permit in the staff car park.
