Christian Pulisic has notified Chelsea that he will not be joining French outfits Lyon, regardless of £21M plus bonuses offer. The 24-year-old USA international is determined to sign with AC Milan, which submitted a written offer of £12 million plus bonuses on Sunday. According to report seen by Daily Mail UK, the offer is comparable to Lyon's, which included bonuses and a sell-on for about £21 million. Pulisic, who Chelsea paid £58 million for from Borussia Dortmund is one of eleven players who will probably leave The Blues this summer. Over the course of the next ten days, Chelsea players will return for pre-season in phases, with Pochettino and his staff hoping to begin physical testing on Wednesday.
