The City of Charlottetown is considering adding three apartment buildings along Mount Edward Road near the city’s bypass highway. A request from Ellis and Birt Ltd. asks the city to rezone a piece of property along Mount Edward Road to allow for the buildings to go up. Charlottetown council voted unanimously to send the project for public consultation. But there hasn't been much pushback on recent developments along Mount Edward Road, said Coun.
