Police have charged a driver in a crash that claimed the life of a student last November near the Durham College-OUIT campus in north Oshawa. Rhyss Glenfield, 19, of Mitchell, Ont., died after a southbound Toyota Rav4 ran into a median and struck him on the afternoon of Nov. 14, at Simcoe St. and Conlin Rd., police said.
