A charge against one of the people involved in a trial about an alleged kidnapping at Queenstown has been dropped. Judge Callaghan told Nicolls she was discharged and free to go. "I have exercised a power I have under the criminal procedure act," Judge Callaghan said. He told the jury to consider the rest of the trial as if Nicolls had never been part of it.
