Carrying twigs and placards with messages castigating Governor Amason Kingi and Senator Stewart Madzayo, the angry supporters stormed the party office claiming the two leaders had interfered with the primaries. They planned the failure of our MP Mr Wanyepe and hence should be sent home,” said one of the Supporters. Earlier, businessman Ken Chonga had been declared winner of the ODM ticket for the Kilifi South parliamentary seat. The seat is currently held by MP Mustapha Iddi, a former journalist who was elected on an ODM ticket before shifting allegiance to Jubilee Party.
