The Vancouver Canucks are changing up the faces in their executive suite. Postmedia can confirm that chief operating officer Jeff Stipec is stepping down and will be replaced by Trent Carroll, who is currently executive vice president of revenue. He had previously been vice president of hospitality and event operations for the Canucks. He had previously served as vice president of hockey administration from May 2014. TC Carling — Executive Vice President, Hockey Administration & Arena Operations — is leaving the organization.
