Census forms delayed in wake of ex-Cyclone GitaDOUG FIELD/STUFF There have been delays getting Census letters to residents in Tasman, owing to ex-Cyclone Gita. Residents in Tasman may have yet to receive forms and access codes for the March 6 Census because of ex-Cyclone Gita. Everyone in the country is being sent letters with access codes, which they can use to fill in the form online. Stats NZ has a target of 70 percent of all census forms filled in online, but anyone can ask for a paper form, instead. More than 500,000 people have completed the census online so far.
