Celtic hope they can win the battle to convince Stoke City striker Tyrese Campbell to sign for them and Express Sport understands the Premiership champions are among a host of clubs watching the situation of the 19-year-old. The England under-20 striker has yet to commit his future to Stoke and according to the Daily Record, Campbell would only cost Celtic around £350,000 in a cross-border compensation deal. Celtic Head of football operations Nick Hammond is believed to be considering making move for Campbell, who has one goal in 13 Championship appearances for Stoke this season. The Potters are struggling to find and decent form this season and currently sit 22nd in the Championship.
