ALFONSO, Cavite: Restaurants are preparing for dine-in service once the Cavite province is placed under modified general community quarantine (MCGQ) on June 16. Restaurants have different ways of applying the physical distance and other methods of sanitizing. “Here at Sonya’s Garden, in our three dining venues, we usually have 400 guests. Sonya’s Garden is famous for its salad secret dressing, organic salad, home made garlic bread and adobong pusit (sauteed squid). Other restaurants in the area are known for delicious bulalo (beef shank soup) and crispy tawilis (freshwater sardine).
