In view of this, the MP has promised to register Two Thousand (2000) constituents and its environs onto the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 13, 2018. According to Mrs. Afeku the healthcare of her people is very paramount to her and will make sure their health will be taken into consideration. She added that the exercise is non-partisan and therefore urging everybody in her Constituency to take advantage of it and register. She used the platform to wish all responsible mothers in Ghana especially those in her Constituency a happy Mother's Day in advance and pray for them to live long.
