Various posture related issues have been seen in truck drivers as most of the times they sleep in trucks. Though, the sample size was just around 300-400 truck drivers in 5-6 states. These specially designed Truck Aasana will improve the overall wellbeing of truck drivers and assist them in keeping fit," Castrol India vice president - marketing Kedar Apte said. There is also a shortage of truck drivers in India by about 30-40%.
