PhotoCassie Helen Chambers and Bryan Armstrong were married March 24 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Louisville, Ky. Phillip Shepherd, a judge in the Franklin Circuit Court in Frankfort, Ky., officiated. She received a master’s degree in public management and governance from the London School of Economics and a law degree from Harvard. She is the daughter of Wilma C. Chambers and Dr. Orlando D. Chambers of Berea, Ky. Mr. Armstrong, 38, is a lawyer in private practice in Louisville. He is a son of Karen S. Armstrong of Louisville and the late Dr. Lyman G. Armstrong.
