Wilper, the father of the groom who was ordained through American Marriage Ministries, officiated. Mr. Wilper, 38, is a humanities teacher at the Berkeley Carroll School, a college prep school in Brooklyn. He is a son of Ronald J. Wilper of Boise, Idaho, and the late Rita M. Wilper. The groom’s father is a retired district court judge in Idaho and a former president of the Idaho State Bar Association.
