The gang members who were waiting in a hotel next to an ATM, diverted the attention of the private company staff and vanished with the cash. After stealing the cash, which was meant to be deposited in ATMs, they escaped in a seven-seater auto. Vanasthalipuram police inspector A. Venkataiah said the private company was engaged with the task of depositing cash in ATMs. A driver, two people who transfer cash and a security guard started in a vehicle at around 8.30 a.m. from Begumpet. While the security guard was sitting in the van, the two staff, along with driver, went into the ATM kiosk to transfer cash.
