Paddle For Life, a Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation fundraiser, was held at Caroline Bay on Saturday. Despite the overcast sky, 27 teams of all ages brought colour to Caroline Bay on Saturday for the fifth annual Paddle for Life, an event to raise money to support those undergoing cancer treatment. Morton estimates they raised about $17,250 which will be used to run rehabilitation programmes for cancer sufferers in South Canterbury, including pilates, massage and acupuncture. "The Roncalli students were amazing as always, running the beach challenges and the paddle boarding with their teachers Guy and Cat Sutherland," Morton said.
