Several people were injured in two crashes in Hawke's Bay on Sunday. A critically injured person was trapped in a vehicle following a crash in Hawke's Bay. St John Ambulance transported one patient with moderate injuries to Hawke's Bay Hospital, a spokeswoman said. Police were alerted to the Brookfields Rd crash about 1.58pm. Three patients were transported with moderate injuries to Hawkes Bay Hospital, a St John Ambulance spokeswoman said.
