East Lindsey District Council's (ELDC) new rule change has left owners of older vans at the Kingfisher Caravan Park with no choice but to sell them for less than they bought them, reports Lincolnshire Live . "I had a walk round the site - it has been absolutely decimated with vans moved off," said one man. Anyone with caravans aged between 15 and 20 years will be subject to an annual inspection if they want to stay on the Kingfisher site. The council went on to explain how, alongside this new rule, they will be "investing heavily" in the park. "All these changes are hugely positive for Kingfisher Caravan Park and to the benefit of our licensees, with the ultimate aim of achieving 5 star accreditation from Visit England," the council spokesperson added.
