Car theft gang 'took orders on Facebook'


Five alleged members of a car theft gang, which sold stolen vehicles on a social network, have been arrested in Bangkok. He warned motorists to use car wheel locks to guard against this type of vehicle theft. The stolen vehicles were sold online via a Facebook page, "Sell and buy cars valued at not over 85,000 baht". After making a new set of keys, Mr Jessada and Mr Decha picked up the vehicles, police said. Pol Lt Gen Sanit Mahathavorn, acting chief of the Metropolitan Police Bureau, said Mr Jessada received orders from customers concerning the vehicles' make and colour.
