IPOH: A car salesman claimed trial in a Magistrate’s Court here to charges of cheating and committing criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving a total of RM49,000. The offence took place on Feb 27, 2018 at about 4.44pm at a bank along Persiaran Greenhill here. The offence took place on March 14, 2018 at the TKB Tower Square on Jalan Sultan Nazrin Shah. “He has also been in remand for five days, and there is no reason for him to abscond,” said Sukvinder. Umzarulan-Nur set bail at RM4,000 for each offence with one surety, and set July 19 for case mention.
