It appears structural work has started on a building Waimate’s High St, about 12 months after a car ploughed through it. A car which crashed into a Waimate building and was lodged there for almost 12 months has been removed and it appears structural work has begun at the site. It is not known when the car was removed, but a photograph sent to Stuff on Friday showed it had been removed by then.
