| Published Tue, November 21st 2017 at 18:11, Updated November 21st 2017 at 20:58 GMT +3You will not have to re-sit your final year of primary and secondary education if you missed Kenya certificate of primary education (KCPE) or secondary education (KCSE) examinations as is the norm. This is after President Uhuru Kenyatta directed the Education ministry to set special supplementary examinations for students who had difficulties sitting the examinations during the normal calendar. In 2017 1,003,556 candidates registered for KCPE with only 993,718 eventually sitting the examinations. This is as the selection for secondary school for pupils who received their 2017 KCPE examination results will be done in two weeks. ALSO READ: 2017 KCPE milestones
