This year, Amazon has promised to open its first Amazon Go store by "early 2017," though its provided few details on what it will actually be. Nearly 31% of those sales went to Amazon over the period between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, estimated Slice Intelligence, a share that Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos would undoubtedly like to grow. What Amazon does have is plenty of buzzwords that will excite a general populace that is largely uninformed with the involved technology. An Amazon spokesperson did not directly address questions sent by FORBES in an email and only responded with information from the F.A.Q. A search for "Amazon Go" on Google News has already turned up four pages-worth of search results on Monday's announcement.
