Six helicopters called in to help tackle large scrub fire beside Marlborough beach. Two camp grounds in Marlborough have been evacuated as firefighters tackle a large scrub fire. The fire on steep terrain broke out late on Wednesday night at Monkey Bay, next to Rarangi Beach. RICKY WILSON/STUFF The Monkey Bay fire about 1.30am on Thursday.
