Photo: Newsline/CCCYou can get a free ride around one of Christchurch's most iconic attractions in a new driverless vehicle this weekend. The Ohmio Lift smart shuttle will be launched at the Christchurch Botanic Gardens on Saturday and Sunday. "This Kiwi-made vehicle is autonomous, electric, 3D printed and can carry up to 15 people,’’ said airport chief executive Malcolm Johns. People will be able to take free rides on the shuttle from the old Tea Kiosk, next to the children’s paddling pools and playground.
