Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has called on the Minister for Local Government and Rural Development Hajia Halima Mahama to call Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives to order else they will destroy the fortunes of the ruling party. According to the outspoken lawmaker, the actions and decisions of these MMDCE’s is gradually affecting the electoral fortunes of ruling New Patriotic Party hence the need for them to be brought to order. We don’t have to sit down for this taskforce members to destroy President Akufo-Addo’s administration,” he fumed. He urged the Local Gov’t Minister to quickly arrange a meeting with the various MMDCE’s to have a discussion with them in order to stop such excesses.
