Todd Kent, the event's chairperson, said teams are moving a bit slower than projected, and the race is expected to end by mid-day on Friday. Of the 18 teams that started the race in Labrador City on Sunday, only eight remain. Cain's Quest chairperson Todd Kent says racers will likely be held in Churchill Falls on Thursday for the race to end mid-day Friday. Officials are keeping an eye on when teams arrive in Churchill Falls, as it will dictate when the race ultimately ends.
