KUALA LUMPUR: Cahya Mata Sarawak confirmed that Datuk Isaac Lugun and Goh Chii Bing will be appointed as group chief executive officer (corporate) and group chief executive officer (operations), respectively upon the retirement of Datuk Richard Curtis on Dec 31.The group said Datuk Richard Curtis will retire as group managing director effective Dec 31 but remain as a non-independent non-executive director in the Cahya Mata Sarawak board as well as several of its subsidiary companies until Dec 31, 2018. "The continuity plan we have installed, which includes the retention of Datuk Richard as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, will ensure the company’s smooth and undisturbed transition as it meets new challenges and achieves new milestones," said group chairman Tan Sri Syed Anwar Jamullail.
