Mr. Singh, who reviewed the arrangements for the event said, officials should rise to the occasion and make it a grand success. The sub-committees should review the arrangements every day and work in coordination, he said. The delegates should be provided with welcome kits, travel route maps, transport vehicles and proper arrangements like security and transport should be ensured at the hotels, Mr. Singh said. Mr. Singh directed GHMC officials to inspect and monitor the city’s beautification works and deck up the city for the mega event.
