more-inThe Communist Party of India (CPI) has demanded a scheme for the comprehensive development of the capital city as several projects announced earlier had been confined to paper. CPI district secretary G.R. Anil said the railway medical college at Pettah, coaching terminal at Nemom, development of Kochuveli terminal, drinking water bottling plant, and development of central railway station were yet to be implemented.
