This comes as the banks aim to ease immediate financial pressures, support cash flow continuity, and strengthen customer resilience during this period of heightened global uncertainty. In a statement on Wednesday, the group said eligible customers may benefit from up to six months’ payment relief on loan and financing facilities. Additionally, business customers can access customised restructuring and rescheduling solutions to better manage repayment obligations and sustain operations. The measures are aimed at providing timely and practical support to help customers manage financial commitments and sustain business.
