The address will be broadcast simultaneously on Bangladesh Television (BTV) and Bangladesh Betar. In his speech, the CEC is expected to give important directives regarding overall preparations for the polls, the law and order situation, and voting procedures. He will also outline the final measures taken by the Election Commission to ensure a free, fair, impartial and credible election, and seek full cooperation from political parties, candidates, voters and officials involved in election duties. The 13th national parliamentary election and the referendum will be held simultaneously across the country tomorrow.
