This is in no way a knock on Mike Vrabel. The former linebacker went from being position coach to head coach within five years. Unfortunately, the Tennessee Titans' decision to hire Mike Vrabel as Mike Mularkey's replacement doesn't pass the smell test. Vrabel is now reportedly looking to bring in Chip Kelly disciple Ryan Day to be his offensive coordinator for Mariota.
